Upon arrival, the hotel had a bit of a musty smell and showed signs of water damage, indicating it could use some refurbishment. However, the service was exceptional and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our flight cancelation and offering valuable recommendations. The location, while central and clean, lacked proper management. The dining experience left something to be desired with room for improvement in quality. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities met basic needs with potentials for enhancement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of very poor quality, but having two ceiling lights certainly reduced the shadows for me, especially on the desk where I write my walk notes. The staff was very helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were good. However, being woken up right outside our room at 5:00 AM was a bit of a downside.
